Frequently Asked Questions

Questions clients ask.

  • Are you actually based in Westborough, or just serving the area?

I’m based in Marlborough and serve Westborough as part of my regular MetroWest service area — through local networking rather than a physical office here.

Can you manage a site that was built by someone else?

Yes, this is common. I start with a short audit of the existing setup so I understand exactly what I’m taking on before it moves into a care plan.

What’s the difference between hosting and a management plan?

Hosting just keeps the site online. It doesn’t update plugins, monitor for security issues, back up your data, or make changes when you need them — that’s what the management side covers.

Do you handle WooCommerce stores specifically, or just standard WordPress sites?

Both, and I have more hands-on experience with WooCommerce than with alternatives like Shopify — it’s genuinely one of the things I do most. We only manage websites built on WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify.

    How do I get started?

Reach out for a quick conversation about your current site — no obligation, just a straight assessment of where things stand.
